Through my business, Transition Bridges, I help people in a season of transition bridge the gap from where they are to where they would like to be, through book coaching, IEP (Individualized Education Plan) coaching and/or purpose coaching, using intention, direction and connection. We focus on your unique strengths and how those strengths play a part in discerning what your end goal is and create a plan to achieve your goal, through connection with me as your coach. I am here to encourage, guide, and support you, whether you have a desire to write a book, show up more effectively at your child's IEP, or you are navigating your purpose in a new season of life.
