Through my business, Transition Bridges, I help people in a season of transition bridge the gap from where they are to where they would like to be, through book coaching, IEP (Individualized Education Plan) coaching, strengths coaching, and/or purpose coaching, using intention, direction and connection.
We focus on your unique strengths, using the CliftonStrengths Assessment. We discover how your top five strengths play a part in making day-to-day decisions and affect goal setting. Together we create a plan to achieve your goal, through connection with me as your coach. I am here to encourage, guide, and support you, whether you have a desire to write a book, show up more effectively at your child's IEP, become a more influential business owner, or you are navigating your purpose in a new season of life.
